CBRE Ltd. and Makwa Development Corp. Team Up to Pursue Facility Services and Property Management Opportunities
CBRE Ltd., a commercial real estate services and investment firm, and Makwa Development Corporation, a 100% Indigenous, privately-owned development company based in the Neyaashiinigmiing Unceded First Nation within the Saugeen Ojibway Nation (SON), have agreed to enter into a cooperative working relationship to develop and pursue mutually beneficial facility services and property management business opportunities with private sector and government entities in the Province of Ontario.
